Notice to all travellers visiting the Victoria Falls

The Owners of the Victoria Falls Bridge, which is jointly managed by both Zambia and Zimbabwe have introduced a Toll fee for all vehicles crossing the bridge from either side. The charges will be for each crossing, with immediate effect.

The two countries agreed to set up a joint tourism facilitation committee with a view to strengthen collaboration in tourism development and promotion. The tolls fees are set to be channelled towards the refurbishment of the Victoria Falls Bridge in order to extend its life span.

Haulage trucks are currently paying US$30, heavy vehicles US$10, buses US$7 and minibuses US$5. These fees may change & we will of course keep our Travel Africa clients updated if it affects your itinerary.
