Kirstenbosch Gardens

February 23 2015

While Robert waited for the Dr, Gina and I had a window and took it. Our shiny hire car had just been delivered to our door so we drove to Kirstenbosch Gardens for a walk around. Gina is an expert photographer and garden designer so it was a MUST DO event which we now had time for. I am so glad we did. What a glorious day and stunning garden, just recently celebrating its centenary. It was planned so well with marvellously established areas abundant with trees and plants of all hues, heights, and variations. It was so calming, and therapeutic, as well as educational and I highly recommend time spent here. The dominating back drop of the Table Mountain range was the icing on the cake.
